i am oficially moved in. the other day i got word that the room i was supposed to get was not going to be vacated so they had to reassign me. they gave me the choice of the room two doors down in the same building or a room in the older residence hall for 1500$ less (no AC but private kitchen) so i said YES to the older place. my kitchen is sweet. i used the craigslist to get an AC for 95 bucks (my room is currently 64 degrees farenheit). the bathroom is also nice and the very high water pressure is a plus. now that my computer is set up and i have internet access i imagine i will be posting more often especially since i wont be seeing many of you for a while. i am very excited. this weekend is all new student orientation crap that im sure will be fun for the first 5 minutes and then i will leave. but i will give it shot, who knows it might be the most fun ive ever had.
brad and sarah- we should hang out sometime. i will call when i dont have stupid orientation crap going on.

ion- i saw broken flowers last week. i dont want to spoil anyhtign for anyone, so ill just say that i was dissapointed. i would like to see it again but i fear it will still leave me with a funny feeling in my mouth.
i have seen all the family i have in the city. they are doing great as suspected. my grandparets just called me and when i got done tlaking to my grandpa he said "thanks for calling" and then my grandma got on the phone and said "thats so nice of you to call." she proceeded to compliment me on my calling htem. i didnt call them. i probably would have, but my grandma had called me earlier today. i love old people.
