so i am not a big fan of the lamp and all its subsidiary lamitudes but today, andrew made it good in an aim conversation that went a little something like this...
AJP:I did the machines and free weights yesterday.
AJP:It was the most I've sweated in quite a while.
DEM:thats good
DEM:sweat is always good
AJP:Yeah.
AJP:Especially since I dont' sweat anymore when I bike.
AJP:Unless I attach a heat lamp to my head.
DEM:i only sweat when i bike if im biking back form thefym
DEM:hmm
DEM:you could run it off your tire!!!
AJP:Yeah.
AJP:Lampy.
So most of that conversation was useless, but i left it there to demonstrate "thefym"
