The garter contest goes like this: a couple get up on stage adn one sits down (usually the lady or the guy dressed like the lady, or if its two chicks a lady) and the other puts the garter around the leg closest the audience and pulls it up said leg with their teeth. when they can pull no more the "measure frosh" measures the distance from the garter to the crotch. then the MC asks the audience how tall they think the person in the chair is. this is where it gets nerdy (check the bottom of the last link). the MC picks two measurements he hears and then the audience votes on them based on cheering. my glorius measurement that won out was "seven dicks." everyone kept saying such and such miles so i had to throw that out htere.
