i was jsut wlkaing back form the libary when i came across a young woman reading on some steps. she was sprawled across said steps such that she effectively blocked the right half of the steps. then i notice she is smoking. what the fuck! the reading doenst bother me so much, but when you add the smoking its like shes jsut trying to get in people's way and make it as unpleasant as possible.
