i woke up at the ass crack 'o dawn this mornin to go meet with the principal at ps. 331 in the bronx where i will be teaching an after school science program. as we were walking thorugh the halls there was a sign that said "VOT3 4 B3RN!C3." This entertained me so I pointed it out to my travelling companions- they didn't get it.
the principal is really cool and very young. in fact, all the teachers were very young. but they seemed like they were having a good time. the principal even offered for me to student teach at his school next semester. which i may do, but i will figure that all out later.
