went to the gym after a long break. san francisco and chillin in the valley kinda got in the way of taking care of the allupons muscles. but im back. hopin to play ball again this year. took a year off adn i gained my freshamn 15. dont like that too much. hopefully practice everyday will whip me into shape (sat and sun included). freshman year i lost 8 pounds playing lets hope i can repeat hat before i have a heart attack in my mid twenties. as much as i love my belly, and i love my belly, its gotta go. i really dont want to change the things i eat since they taste so damn good so i guess i have to be veryt active. the gym was weird today cuz we (me and rob) went at 11pm and noone was there except a couple guys. one guy was wearing jeans!!!! i cant imagine that. chafe city. and because the gym only had men the fun level was 0. this is how you determine the fun level of each gym trip.

b. women-> fun++, continue to 2
2. for every attractive woman-> hotties++;
3. if there is nothing spectacular about the women funfactor=1;
if there is a super hottie or above average hotties adjust funfactor accordingly;

just so everyone knows the gym at it highest has had a fun level of 6 with afunfactor of 1; (i.e. six hotties).
NOTE: by hottie i mean caltech attractive which is a whole different ballgame from real world attractive. so dont think the caltech gym is liek a battleland wherein the musterflow is such: 5 nerds-> hottie, 3 hotties-> superhottie(superhotties have rangestriking in case you were wondering). oh yeah the last two times rob has gone he has seen superhotties and i have only been able to hear the legend he tells. maybe now that school has started there will be higher funfactors for me to experience.
whoever hasnt played titan is missing out. if you likefriendster youll like titan. the musterflow is so like the degrees of separation that we all know and love. you know what i hate? when you absolutely nothing to do and then you go to the computer for some good surfing o d web and then you realize trhat none of youre favorite websites has been updated since you last checked. that is why everyone should post more blogitty. i need to waste time and i dont have cable. and hte bball season hastn started yet so espn.com:nba is full of crap about kobe bryants supposed rape (c'mon, we all know she wanted it, shit IWANTIT) and training camp. lame. macosx10.3panther should be out within a month. i am very excited. maybe it will like colossus (the java port of titan) better so i dont have to play on robs computer. i htink i ve said jsut about enough. i really jsut avoiding writing my paper.
